RoyalDexAi is a financial technology company that facilitates AI-enhanced copy trading services. We enable clients to automatically copy the trades of experienced trading strategies directly into their own brokerage accounts.

Note: RoyalDexAi does not manage client funds or offer investment advice. All trading activity is executed within your own broker account.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Use our platform in accordance with applicable financial regulations in your jurisdiction.

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

3. How Copy Trading Works

By subscribing to a RoyalDexAi strategy:

  • You authorize our system to automatically execute trades in your linked trading account based on the chosen strategy.

  • You understand that trades are executed without your manual intervention.

  • You retain full control and access to your trading account at all times.

4. Risk Acknowledgement

Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk. By using RoyalDexAi’s copy trading services, you acknowledge:

  • Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

  • You may incur financial loss, including loss of your capital.

  • You understand and accept the risks of copy trading and automated execution.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the service for lawful purposes only.

  • Ensure that your broker account remains properly funded and connected.

  • Monitor the performance and suitability of the strategies you subscribe to.

  • Take full responsibility for the financial outcomes of your trading account.

6. Fees and Payments

RoyalDexAi may charge:

  • Subscription Fees — for access to specific strategies.

  • Performance Fees — based on profits generated (where applicable).

All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before subscription. Payments are typically non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

RoyalDexAi may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if:

  • You breach these Terms.

  • We detect suspicious or unauthorized activity.

  • Legal or compliance issues require us to do so.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, strategy names, tools, and branding on the RoyalDexAi platform are the intellectual property of RoyalDexAi. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any materials without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

RoyalDexAi is not responsible for:

  • Trading losses or negative performance of any strategy.

  • Technical issues with third-party broker platforms.

  • Downtime due to maintenance or service provider failures.

You agree that RoyalDexAi's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy and Data Handling

Your data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection, use, and transfer of your information as described therein.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the platform after such changes implies your acceptance.
